Used motor homes can be much less expensive.  Like cars, motor homes depreciate in value after a number of years.  You can easily find a luxurious motor home for much less money than a new model.  Most used motor homes have been well-cared for and the owners are downsizing or replacing their motor home.  Other times, you can find motor homes that need some work, much like a fixer upper for residential real estate.
