One of the approved vehicles for commercial travel is the coach. Coaches are basically large motor vehicles that are meant for conveying passengers from one destination to another. Being long distance vehicles, they usually have only one door with wheelchair lift access. This coach is the preferred choice among touring industries, private ownership companies and charter services. Moreover, traveling by coach is cheaper than other modes of long distance transportation.
The urban suburban bus lines are used for public transport in mostly metropolitan transit networks. The routes covered by these coaches are usually about 40 miles in a direction where it usually connects a suburban area to the core of the town. These coaches are about the same size as standard transit buses; only thing is that they have only one door and are air-conditioned. It provides for accommodation for the disabled where there is a lift at front.
There are some high-back seats in the front that can be folded for wheelchairs while the other seats are upholstered and relining with individual lights and overhead storage bins. Being a commuter bus, there is some standing room, a fare box and a stop-request device and even a board toilet in some of them. These coaches offer lesser stops with most of the stops being towards the start and end of the journey.
