The Corbeil Company produces only Type A buses for commercial use. They are the leading manufacturer of small school buses, and set the standard in the industry.They feature four models of varying sizes and numerous seating options, depending on the individual need.The Corbeil Quantum is a single rear wheel bus that holds up to 20 passengers on 4 to 5 rows of seats. It can be configured as a school bus, a multifunction school bus, or an activity bus, and can be build on a Ford or GM chassis.The Quantum 422 has five rows standard, and fits up to 20 passengers. It is a school bus only, with fewer configuration options than the Quantum. However, it too can be built on a Ford 9,600 GVW gas or diesel chassis or the GM chassis with similar specs.The Corbeil Grand Quantum steps up to an extra row, with the possibility of 5 or 6 rows of passengers, and configurations for up to 30 students. It has a higher 76” headroom than the 65” of the Quantum 422, and supports multiple uses. It is built on a 12,300 GVW GM chassis or a Ford chassis of 11,500 or 14,050 GVW. The Corbeil Super Quantum is similar to the Grand, with identical chassis options, but only 4 or 5 rows of seats. It can still carry 30 students.
