Shuttle buses are frequently used to transport passengers to and from locations that are near each other. One of the most common examples of shuttle buses are the buses that transport people to an airport from a hotel or to a hotel from an airport. Many airports also offer shuttle buses to bring passengers from parking lots to the airport itself. Also, many events and convention centers offer shuttle buses so that parking is less of an issue. Shuttle buses often have luggage racks and seating for upwards of thirty passengers. Additionally, shuttle buses are usually smaller than traditional buses, so only have one door for passenger usage, in the front of the bus.
