• Do you offer a warranty?
  • Some bus companies do and some do not offer a warranty. Request a copy of the warranty if offered and be sure to thoroughly review the quality of the warranty you are actually receiving. Beware of small disclaimers that negate the warranty's actual coverage.
  • We strongly encourage our customers to review our standard warranty and extended warranty before purchasing. There are no hidden disclaimers or areas of unstated coverage.
• Do you perform all body work and painting services on every bus?
  • Commonly, buses are touched up or simply repainted on top of the old paint and sold as "repainted". You can easily identify this practice in person, but should ask for a thorough description of their paining process if offered.
  • Every bus undergoes our extensive paint and body work process. All paint is removed down to the frame, all body work is thoroughly completed and a two stage paint process is preformed. Please review the Exterior Process section for a more thorough explanation.
• What level of customization is offered?
  • Every group is different and commonly requires customized equipment in their bus. Storage options, seating, flooring, entertainment equipment and handicapped accessibility are a few standard items you should be able to ask for. A true bus refurbisher is completely refurbishing your bus's interior anyhow, so adding extra equipment is an obvious option to this process.
